Privacy & Data Policies
Shooting Star Hosting • Operational Policy
01. Data Collection & Payload Telemetry
We collect only the essential operational payload matrices required to provision unthrottled infrastructure services. This includes account identification data (Name, Email Address, Billing Parameters) and infrastructure access logs. We do not inspect, catalog, or mine the underlying contents of your custom databases, sales funnels, or application file arrays.
02. Infrastructure Isolation & Security Tracker
All customer accounts are managed inside strictly isolated directory layers to prevent cross-contamination. Security analytics monitoring tools track active brute-force threat signatures, localized malware scripts, and anomalous server load metrics to preserve network perimeter integrity. Your account operational visibility data is never leased, sold, or shared with third-party advertising brokers.
03. Snapshot Backup & Data Retention Limits
Automated data snapshots and system database backups are securely encrypted and held on isolated, off-site storage arrays to facilitate quick restoration in the event of an operational failure. Upon absolute account termination, all active hosting partitions, file blocks, and localized database metrics are completely purged from our active node infrastructure within a strict 30-day decommissioning cycle.
04. Cookie Implementations & Metric Services
Our portal dashboard system utilizes necessary session identification elements (Cookies) strictly to maintain your validated authentication states and manage transaction tracking pipelines securely. We also deploy native server metric utilities (such as Awstats) to evaluate incoming traffic volume and access pathways without embedding heavy, invasive tracking scripts.
